    Description

    The domain

Taken over in 1993 by Martine Cazeneuve, Château La Bessane is a discreet estate in Margaux, planted with 45% Petit Verdot, a unique proportion in the appellation. This grape variety gives the wine its richness in tannins and its structure. The estate practices manual harvesting and parcel vinification to ensure quality.

    The wine

The wine is dense and smooth, with a well-defined tannic structure. The cuvée stands out with spicy notes and a long, elegant finish.
