The domain

The Colombo estate is located in the Cornas appellation, in the heart of the Rhône Valley, and is run by Jean-Luc Colombo, a passionate and visionary winemaker. The estate was founded in 1984, with a desire to produce high-quality wines while respecting the unique terroir of the Cornas appellation.



The wine

Cornas La Louvée 1998 is a rich and concentrated wine that offers beautiful complexity, particularly thanks to notes of chocolate, licorice, and underbrush, which complement the depth of the black fruits. The finish is long and persistent, with pleasant spicy notes.
