The domain
Created in 1991 following a land division by Charles Mortet (Denis's father). Today, it is managed by his son Arnaud, following the passing of his father Denis Mortet in 2006. The estate consists of a selection of the best Burgundy climates, thus offering wines of exceptional quality.
The wine
Mes Cinq Terroirs is a blend of several climates located on the Côteau de Brochon, in Gevrey-Chambertin. The wine has notes of small fruits and cherry. The tannins are velvety and fine. After a few years in the cellar, the wine has developed gamey notes while retaining its freshness.
