The domain

Created by Claude Cuilleron in 1920, it is now Yves, his grandson, who holds the reins of the estate. Demanding and dynamic are the watchwords of the winemaker who is actively working on the development of the business. He favors a reasoned approach to viticulture and remains committed to a traditional winemaking process, plot by plot, with foot treading and only indigenous yeasts. The original family style is pleasantly expressed in each vintage.



The wine

Les Serines are a selection of the best plots and old vines of the estate. It is a very precise massal selection of Serine, an ancient Rhône grape variety with characteristics very close to Syrah. The wine reveals notes of black pepper, blackcurrant, and eucalyptus alongside tertiary notes of smoked bacon and underbrush.
