The domain
The Bruguet estate was created in the 1970s by Alain Burguet. With an exceptional heritage of vines and a philosophy that has endured through the decades, Jean-Luc and Eric, Alain's sons, continue to prioritize the quality of Burgundy's terroirs and the expression of Pinot Noir. The two brothers limit the use of new wood as well as extractions, so the wines are of great finesse.
The wine
My favorites is a pinot noir with notes of red fruits such as raspberry and cherry. The tannins are silky and smooth. Thanks to precise aging, the wine is very elegant and retains the primary character of the grape variety.

Open a few hours in advance and/or decant.
To be served preferably around 15°C - 17°C degrees.
