The domain

Created in 1628, this historic estate, located in Ribeauvillé, is now managed by Pierre and Jean Trimbach. The vineyard is situated on magnificent terroirs. The work in the vineyard and the cellar is traditional, which allows the estate to maintain a style that is uniquely its own year after year.



The wine

Iconic grape variety of Alsace, Gewurztraminer is very aromatic with notes of rose and lychee. This cuvée is a true gem, indeed, on late harvest wines, aromas are very intense and complex. Thanks to its aromatic concentration, residual sugars, and exceptional acidity, this cuvée has been able to age for years in the cellar, revealing its full potential today.
