The domain
The Méo-Camuzet estate is known and recognized worldwide for the exceptional quality of its wines. The vineyard was created at the beginning of the 20th century by Etienne Camuzet and is located in the Côte de Nuits in Vosne-Romanée. Etienne Camuzet was advised by Henri Jayer on the steps of winemaking, and the estate will be recognized as one of the best, notably thanks to the legendary Clos Parentou in Vosne-Romanée.
The wine
The Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Aux Boudots 2009 from Méo-Camuzet embodies elegance and power. This wine reveals deep aromas of black fruits, licorice, and underbrush. Its firm structure and well-integrated tannins offer a balanced palate, marked by a long and harmonious finish.
