The domain

The Louis Latour house was founded in 1797. Florent Latour, representing the 11th generation, is now at the helm. The Louis Latour house has gradually built up a vast estate and has also spread to Ardèche, Var, and the Golden Stones region (Beaujolais). The house has committed to a decidedly more ecological and terroir-respecting path with the adoption of reasoned agriculture.



The wine

After years in our cellar, the wine offers notes of white truffle, brioche, and hazelnut. Thanks to a remarkable intensity and aromatic concentration, the wine has been able to withstand the test of time and develop tertiary notes without losing its freshness.
