The domain

Created by Claude Cuilleron in 1920, it is now Yves, his grandson, who is at the helm of the estate. Demand and dynamism are the key words for the winemaker who is actively working on the development of the business. He favors a reasoned approach to viticulture and remains committed to a traditional wine-making process, using parcel-based methods, foot treading, and only indigenous yeasts. The original family style is pleasantly expressed in each vintage.



The wine

This Condrieu will offer notes of stone fruits and spices, and it maintains a superb freshness on the palate. Pairing: magnificent with a salmon steak in a virgin sauce.



Service tips

Can be stored in a cellar.

Does not require decanting.

To be served preferably around 12°C - 13°C.
