The domain

The Zind-Humbrecht estate is a story of vines passed down from father to son since 1620. Created in 1959, the estate currently operates 40 hectares of vineyards spread across very different soils, forming the geological cradle of the greatest Alsatian grape varieties and totaling about ten terroirs.



The wine

On the nose, aromas of candied fruits, smoke, and honey blend with strong mineral notes. On the palate, the wine is ample, rich, with vibrant acidity and a long finish marked by hints of flint and spices.



Service tips

Can be still stored in the cellar.

Does not require decanting.

To be served preferably around 8°C - 10°C degrees.
