The domain

Created by Claude Cuilleron in 1920, the estate is now run by his grandson Yves. Demand and dynamism are the key words for the winemaker who is actively working on the development of his business. He favors a reasoned approach to viticulture and remains committed to a traditional wine-making process, using parcel-specific methods, foot treading, and only indigenous yeasts. The original family style is pleasantly expressed in each vintage.



The wine

The nose is expressive, with aromas of black fruits, white pepper, garrigue, and violet, complemented by hints of leather and underbrush. On the palate, the wine is structured and velvety, with well-integrated tannins and a refreshing acidity. The finish is long and elegant, with notes of licorice and chocolate.

Open a few hours in advance and/or decant.

To be served preferably around 15°C - 17°C.
