The Domaine

Towards the end of the 19th century, François Tollot decided to plant his roots and those of his vines in Chorey-Lès-Beaune. Several generations succeed one another until the superb trio of Nathalie, Olivier, and Jean-Paul Tollot, orchestrating a total of 25 hectares to perfection and shining over numerous Grand Cru and Premier Cru plots of the Côte-de-Beaune.

The wine

This is a wine that is full of the flavours of leather and prune, without compromising the brilliance of the fruit.
