The Domaine

Fully cultivated organically, the Châteauneuf-du-Pape from Château de Beaucastel are considered the best of the appellation. Today, the vineyard covers 130 hectares, of which only 100 are being cultivated. The yields are controlled, and the addition of compost has replaced chemical products.

The wine

The wine reveals magnificent aromas of black cherry, blackcurrant, spices, leather and candied fruit. It has great ageing potential, revealing tertiary aromas of game, mushroom and leather.
