    The domain

    Château La Dournie, founded in 1998 by the Dournie family, is located in the Saint-Chinian appellation, in the heart of Languedoc. This 15-hectare estate primarily cultivates red grape varieties such as Syrah, Grenache, and Carignan.



    The wine

    The wine is powerful, with aromas of ripe black fruits (blackcurrant, black cherry), garrigue, and spicy notes of pepper, licorice, and Provençal herbs, supported by a slight woody note.
