The Yves Cuilleron Estate, located in Côte-Rôtie, is a benchmark in the Rhône Valley. Founded by Yves Cuilleron, it is now run by the family, emphasizing sustainable viticulture and respectful winemaking. The Terres Sombres 2003 cuvée perfectly illustrates the expression of this unique terroir.



The wine

The cuvée is complex and intense, with aromas of ripe dark fruits (blackcurrant, blueberry) accompanied by spicy notes of black pepper, garrigue, and leather. Floral (violet) and smoky notes, characteristic of Côte-Rôtie, add an extra dimension.
