The domain
Château Cheval Blanc, located in Saint-Émilion, is one of the most prestigious estates in Bordeaux. Renowned for its exceptional wines, it benefits from a unique terroir composed of gravel, clay, and sand. The combination of meticulous viticulture and rigorous vinification allows for the production of cuvées of great complexity and finesse.
The wine
The wine is composed of a majority of Merlot, complemented by Cabernet Franc. After 22 months of aging in new oak barrels, the wine has gained harmony and developed notes of vanilla, cinnamon, and clove. After several years in our cellars, the tannins have refined, and tertiary aromas contribute to the wine's complexity.
