Champagne Tour d'Argent Blanc de Blancs
This Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru, 100% Chardonnay, is adorned with a clear robe. Pauillac Tour d'Argent 2022 (Château Haut-Bages Libéral)
This Pauillac draws its strength from a majority of Cabernet Sauvignon (87%) complemented by Merlot (13%). Under the biodynamic management of the estate, this wine expresses itself with intense notes of black fruits — blackcurrant, plum — enriched with a touch of vanilla and clove, resulting from 16 months of aging, 40% of which was in new barrels. A deep and structured red.
Sauternes Tour d'Argent 2017 (Château Cantegril – 1/2 bottle)
This Sauternes, from the Cantegril estate on the limestone plateau of Barsac (10.5 ha), offers a beautiful complexity typical of great sweet wines. The 2017 vintage opens with aromas of stone fruits — apricot, peach — and exotic fruits like mango, enhanced by hints of toasted dried fruits and tobacco.
