The domain

Domaine Salmon is a family-owned vineyard located in Château-Thébaud, near Nantes, in the Loire Valley. Founded by the Salmon family, who have been in the area since 1766, the estate continues the winemaking tradition over several generations, preserving a know-how passed down from father to son.



The wine

The "Vendange Intégrale" cuvée from Domaine Lucas Salmon is a 100% Gamay red wine from vines aged around 50 years, located on a clay-silt terroir with a subsoil of altered granite. The wine reveals notes of strawberry jam and red cherry alongside more complex notes of sweet spices.
