The estate
Today, the Pillot estate cultivates 14.8 hectares of vines across no fewer than 22 appellations in the Côte de Beaune. In Chassagne-Montrachet, the estate produces elegant wines that perfectly reflect the terroirs from which they originate.
The wine
In Pommard, the Pillot estate offers us a Pinot Noir with delicate notes of red cherry and redcurrant. The wine has a fine, delicate texture with well-integrated tannins that perfectly reflect Burgundy's excellence.
