The domain
The estate was established in 1998 when Jean-Louis and Fabienne Mann decided to produce and market their own vintages. They were joined in 2009 by Sébastien Mann, their son, who now expertly manages the estate. The harvest is done by hand and the grapes are meticulously sorted, allowing for the production of exceptionally high-quality wines.
The wine
Fly me to the Moon is a single-varietal Pinot Blanc. The cuvée is made from a blend of several plots, which gives the wine complexity and balance. The wine is marked by notes of white peach, pear, and apricot. The cuvée stands out for its characteristic roundness of Pinot Blanc.
