The domain

The Fumey Chatelain estate is located in Montigny les Arsures, in the Jura. To date, the family vineyard covers 17 hectares of vines. Out of concern for the environment, the vineyard has been undergoing biodynamic conversion since 2022.

The wine

The Sauvagny cuvée comes from vines originating from the eponymous site, planted in an amphitheatre, the vines offer fruits, sun-drenched, reaching perfect ripeness. This Chardonnay reveals notes of pear, almond, and hazelnut. A true favourite, not to be missed !
