The domain

The Fumey Chatelain estate is located in Montigny les Arsures, in the Jura. To date, the family vineyard covers 17 hectares of vines. Out of concern for the environment, the vineyard has been undergoing biodynamic conversion since 2022.



The wine

This cuvée is made from a maceration of whole clusters, which gives the wine elegant tannins and a lot of delicacy. Aux Mélinaux is characterised by great precision and remarkable aromatic intensity with notes of fresh cherry and forest fruits.
