The domain
The estate covers 10 hectares and is managed by Matthieu Goury. The vineyard plots are planted with Savoyard grape varieties: Mondeuse, Altesse, and Jacquère. The winemaker has extensive experience in Australia, Canada, and of course in Savoie. With the aim of producing terroir wines, Matthieu lets nature take its course in the winemaking process and intervenes very little.
The wine
This pinot is remarkably fine and harmonious. The wine opens with notes of strawberry and raspberry alongside elegant floral notes. Here, once again, the Chevillard estate surprises us with its expertise and know-how.
