The domain
The estate covers 10 hectares and is managed by Matthieu Goury. The vineyard plots are planted with Savoyard grape varieties: Mondeuse, Altesse, and Jacquère. The winemaker has extensive experience in Australia, Canada, and of course in Savoie. With the aim of producing terroir wines, Matthieu lets nature take its course in the winemaking process and intervenes very little.
The wine
On this vintage, the Chevillard estate offers us a Gamay full of freshness with notes of currant and cherry accompanied by more complex peppery notes. Thanks to its expertise, the estate offers a precise, authentic, and very elegant wine.
