The domain

The vineyard now covers 18 hectares of vines cultivated organically by Emmanuel and Patrice Guillot, with a know-how and Burgundian spirit passed down from their father, and the vinification is traditional. They offer wines from old vines that provide great aromatic depth.



The wine

This cuvée pays a beautiful tribute to the premier cru Sur la Roche with an elegant tension balancing the wine. This chardonnay offers notes of green apple and pear alongside more complex notes of toasted almond and cream.
