The Estate

The estate, founded by Casimir Balthazar, was established in 1920. Eleven years later, the estate purchased the famous Chaillots plot. Franck Balthazar took over the estate in 2002. The estate spans 7 hectares and produces authentic and precise wines: a true reflection of their terroir.

The Wine

The "Cuvée Casimir" is named in honor of Franck's grandfather. This Syrah offers notes of black and red fruits such as blackcurrant, strawberry jam, and cherry. The wine also reveals more complex aromas of eucalyptus and mint. The palate is silky and vibrant: a real treat!
