    Description

    The Estate

Founded by the Feuillant Fathers in 1662, Château Meyney was originally a convent before becoming a wine estate. Purchased by Désiré Cordier in 1919, it is now managed by CA Grands Crus. The 51-hectare vineyard rests on unique gravel and blue clay soils.

    The Wine

The 2017 vintage of Château Meyney offers a dark and deep color. The nose reveals complex aromas of black fruits, leather, and spices. On the palate, it is powerful with well-integrated tannins, notes of blackcurrant, and a long, elegant finish. An ideal wine for aging.
