The Estate

The estate has been managed by Xavier Weisskopf and his wife since 2005. The 7 hectares of vines are cultivated using organic farming methods. Many improvements have been made at the estate, allowing for the most precise viticulture and winemaking practices.

The Wine

"Le Grand Clos" is a blend of grapes from different plots of old vines on the estate. The fermentation and aging are carried out in demi-muids, some of which are new oak, which gives the wine texture and aromatic complexity. Thanks to Xavier’s expertise and precision, the wines are perfectly balanced between refreshing tension and smoothness.
