The estate

The Giudicelli estate has been run by Muriel and her husband since 1997. The estate is run biodynamically, with very little interventionist winemaking, the aim being to preserve the authenticity of the grape varieties and the terroir.

The wine

This is a single-varietal wine made from the famous Corsican grape: niellucio. This cuvée is well-balanced between intense notes of black fruit: blackcurrant, blackberry and refreshing tension. The wine also reveals more complex notes of spices and garrigue, typical of the terroir.
