The estate

The Sérol estate has been run biodynamically by Stéphane Sérol since 1996. The vines, located in the eastern foothills of the Massif Central, benefit from an optimal terroir, enabling them to produce quality grapes. The estate is planted with Gamay, Viognier and Chenin.

The wine

This cuvée is a single-varietal Gamay Saint Romain. The wine reveals spicy notes of black pepper and cinnamon alongside red fruit notes of cherry and Morello cherry.
