The estate

The vineyard now comprises 18 hectares of vines grown organically by Emmanuel and Patrice Guillot, with Burgundian know-how and spirit handed down from their father, and traditional vinification. Their wines come from old vines and offer great depth of flavour.

The wine

The Mollepierre cuvée from Guillot-Broux is a Chardonnay with notes of green fruit such as apple and pear. The cuvée is also marked by ageing in oak barrels and malolactic fermentation, giving it notes of toast and a creamy texture.
