The estate

The estate covers 10 hectares and is run by Matthieu Goury. The vineyard plots are planted with Savoyard grape varieties: Mondeuse, Altesse and Jacquère. The winemaker has a wealth of experience in Australia, Canada and, of course, Savoie. With a view to producing terroir-driven wines, Matthieu gives free rein to nature when it comes to vinification and intervenes very little.

The wine

This cuvée is made from 100% Jacquère, a Savoyard grape variety, and offers notes of jasmine, quince and mirabelle plum. On the palate, a refreshing tension brings great elegance to the cuvée. The cuvée was aged for 36 months in oak barrels, giving the wine structure, texture and aromatic complexity.
