Le domaine
The Cosse et Maisonneuve estate is the result of the partnership between two winemakers: Matthieu Cosse and Catherine Maisonneuve. The estate is planted with Malbec, Merlot, Gamay, and Cabernet Franc. The winemaking is carried out in the most natural way possible, particularly with the use of indigenous yeasts that allow the wines to fully reflect the terroir from which they originate.
The wine
This cuvée is a single varietal of Cabernet Franc. Cultivated on a limestone plateau, the vines allow for the production of a fresh, precise, and very elegant wine. The wine offers notes of fresh dark fruits and powerful, harmonious tannins.
