The estate

The vineyard now comprises 18 hectares of vines grown organically by Emmanuel and Patrice Guillot, with Burgundian know-how and spirit handed down from their father, and traditional vinification. Their wines come from old vines and offer great depth of flavour.

The wine

Cuvée Les Perrières is a Chardonnay with notes of citrus fruit and fresh almonds. The cuvée is also marked by 11 months' ageing in oak barrels and malolactic fermentation, giving it notes of toast and a creamy texture.
