The estate
The Elian Da Ros estate is located in Cocumont, in the Lot-et-Garonne region. Thanks to his precise, authentic wines, the winemaker has restored the image of the Côte du Marmandais appellation.
The wine
Chante Coucou takes its name from the location of the estate, which literally means ‘Cuckoo Mountain’. This cuvée is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec. The complementary nature of these grape varieties enables the winemaker to offer a balanced, highly harmonious wine. The tannins are powerful but well integrated into the wine. The Cabernet Sauvignon adds a great deal of elegance to the wine. The wine reveals notes of black fruit and spices. A real favourite.
