The estate

Domaine Cosse et Maisonneuve is the fruit of a partnership between two winemakers: Matthieu Cosse and Catherine Maisonneuve. The estate is planted with Malbec, Merlot, Gamay and Cabernet Franc. Vinification is carried out in the most natural way possible, in particular using indigenous yeasts to fully reflect the terroir from which the wines are made.

The wine

Combal reveals notes of black fruit such as blackcurrant and blackberry, with a hint of liquorice. A true reflection of the terroir from which it comes, this cuvée stands out for its ripe fruit notes and silky texture.
