The estate

Clément and Caroline Lavallée took over the family estate in 2019 and now manage the 14.5 hectares of vines in the Auxerrois and Chablis regions. With respect for nature at the heart of their philosophy, Clément and Caroline have decided to limit the use of sulphur and chemicals as much as possible.

The wine

At Saint-Bris, part of the Chablis vineyards, the king of grape varieties is Sauvignon Blanc. At Domaine Lavallée, Sauvignon Blanc is harvested by hand to ensure the quality of the grapes. The wine offers notes of white flowers and green fruit, and is distinguished by its aromatic persistence.
