Description
The estate
The vineyard now comprises 18 hectares of vines grown organically by Emmanuel and Patrice Guillot, with Burgundian know-how and spirit handed down from their father, and traditional vinification. Their wines come from old vines and offer great depth of flavour.
The wine
This cuvée was created in 2009. Here Guillot-Broux offers a delicate, elegant Pinot Noir with notes of cherry and redcurrant. Delicate notes of cinnamon add to the wine's complexity.
