    Description

    The estate

    The 14 hectares of the Clusel-Roch estate have been managed by Guillaume Clusel since 2009. The estate has been handed down from generation to generation, with the main concern always being the quality of the wines.

    The wine

    Chardonnay makes up 100% of this cuvée. The vines thrive on sandy and pebbly soils that warm the vines, giving the wine a ripe aroma with notes of cooked apple and pear alongside delicate notes of white flowers. Fermentation takes place partly in barrels and partly in stainless steel vats, giving the wine a harmonious balance of roundness and tension.

    Best served at around 12°C - 13°C degrees.
