The estate

The estate has been run by Isabel Ferrando and her daughter Guillemette since 2002. The estate is made up of a wide variety of terroirs, allowing the production of wines with very different styles. The estate's 38 hectares are planted mainly with Grenache, Counoise, Mourvèdre, Clairette and Rousanne.

The wine

This estate cuvée is a blend of mainly Grenache with some Cinsault. The wine offers notes of red cherry and garrigue. Extractions are carried out with care, resulting in a wine with a silky texture and impressive fluidity.
