The estate

Bénédicte and Grégoire Hubau decided to change their lives and took over the estate in Fronsac, producing their first vintage in 1988. The couple, who had left everything behind to settle in Fronsac, had only one watchword: pleasure! Their philosophy is to produce authentic wines that fully reflect the Fronsac terroir.

The wine

The Piverts cuvée is a single-varietal Merlot. To ensure the best possible quality, the couple hand-pick the grapes, so that the fruit retains all its freshness. This wine offers notes of ripe black fruit such as blackcurrant, plum and blackberry. The palate is very harmonious and the tannins mellow: a wonderful discovery!
