    Description

    The vineyard

The Brunier family owns the estate of the same name. Also owners of the Vieux Télégraphe estate, the family has a long history of winegrowing behind it. It all began in 1891 with Henri Brunier, when he handed over land to his son Hippolyte, which he later planted with vines. The vines were then passed down from generation to generation, and are still run by the Brunier family today.

    The wine

Domaine Brunier's Pigeoulet is a typical southern Rhône blend with a majority of Grenache, Carignan, Syrah and a small proportion of Cinsault. The result is a wine that is easy to drink, even in its early years. The tannins are ripe and soft. The cuvée reveals notes of ripe fruit such as blackcurrant and bilberry.
