The vineyard
The Sérol estate has been run biodynamically by Stéphane Sérol since 1996. The vines, located in the eastern foothills of the Massif Central, benefit from an optimal terroir, enabling them to produce high-quality grapes. The estate is planted with Gamay, Viognier and Chenin.
The wine
Oudan is a cuvée made from grapes grown on the parcel of the same name. The vines are planted at an altitude of around 400 metres. Planted at high density, the vines produce highly concentrated grapes, essential for the production of a quality cuvée. This 100% Gamay Saint-Romain offers notes of red fruit and spices.
