The vineyard

The 17-hectare estate has belonged to the Hocquard family since 1968. Mourvèdre, the flagship variety of the Bandol appellation, is planted on 57% of the estate, followed by 6 other varieties ranging from rolle to clairette and grenache. A wide variety of wines are produced at Domaine de la Tour du Bon.

The wine

This cuvée from Domaine de la Tour du Bon reveals notes of liquorice, eucalyptus, red fruit and kirch. It is a complex blend of mourvèdre, carignan, cinsault and grenache. This blend produces a balanced, complex and structured wine.
