The vineyard

Bernard Gripa is one of those winegrowers who have brought about the renaissance of two appellations: Saint-Joseph and Saint-Péray. On the land of his ancestors in Mauves, he sublimated the syrah before acquiring a few hectares of marsanne and roussanne, which contributed to the development of this estate, now run by his son Fabrice.

The wine

Along the steep terraced slopes, the vines benefit from deep limestone soil. Here, the majority Roussanne shines with aromas of peach, light citrus and menthol. Marsanne adds fullness and a hint of honey.
