The vineyard

Domaine du Nozay is still owned by the de Benoist family, whose wife Marie-Hélène is the sister of the renowned Aubert de Villaine. The estate's team favours the use of indigenous yeasts to give free rein to the expression of the terroir.

The wine

Cuvée Paradis is made from Sauvignon Blanc planted on a white earth terroir. The grape variety is vinified in stainless steel vats, retaining all its primary character and the specific characteristics of the terroir from which it comes. The wine is marked by great elegance, with floral and citrus notes.
