The vineyard

This 35-hectare family estate is run by Laurence and her team. Very attached to the terroir, the vineyard team vinifies the grapes from the estate's finest plots separately. Pinot noir and sauvignon are planted on terroirs of griottes, caillottes and terres blanches.

The wine

This single-varietal Sauvignon Blanc opens with primary notes of green fruit such as apple and pear. As the grapes are harvested at optimum ripeness, this cuvée retains plenty of freshness without showing any vegetal aromas.
