    Description

    The vineyard

Domaine Clau de Nell was created in 2006 by Anne-Claude Leflaive, one of Puligny-Montrachet's best-known winemakers, and her husband Christian Jacques. With biodynamic viticulture at the heart of the project, the vines are managed in the most natural way possible, and very few inputs are used in the winemaking process.

    The wine

In the vineyard, the Clau de Nell team harvests the grapes by hand and in small crates to guarantee the freshness and quality of the fruit. This Chenin has been fermented in the Burgundy room, which gives the wine its aromatic character and texture.
