The vineyard

Today, the Sant Armettu estate is run by Gilles Seroin, the third generation of the family. The estate takes its name from a hermit with a passion for plants. This sun-drenched estate lies in the south of Corsica, between the sea and the mountains. 

The wine

The estate's Myrtus white cuvée is a blend of a majority of vermentinu grapes. The natural aroma of vermentinu brings floral and fresh white fruit notes. Aged for 12 months in demi-muids on fine lees with stirring, the wine has developed plenty of texture and secondary aromas.
