The vineyard

Today, the Sant Armettu estate is run by Gilles Seroin, the third generation of the family. The estate takes its name from a hermit with a passion for plants. This sun-drenched estate lies in the south of Corsica, between the sea and the mountains. 

The wine

This cuvée contains a majority of sciaccarellu accompanied by minustellu and grenache. The wine reveals notes of white pepper and cloves, while the grenache, known locally as ‘elegante’, adds freshness and floral notes.

Better served between 15°C - 17°C.
